摘要
如何实现高质量、低成本、短周期地产品交付是许多家具企业的共同追求,在人员、材料、设备都不变的前提下,合理运用原材料,控制返修频率,也可减少生产耗时。本研究从企业生产返修现状着手,在企业现有质检标准的基础上,制定了明确可执行的分等标准。并用等量的各等级材与统货同时于车间进行生产,记录其返修情况,得出如下结果:1)M企业的暗裂、树脂道、虫眼、指接断齿4种缺陷,在油漆部发现造成的返修耗时是在木工部发现返修耗时的2.5~2.57倍,且在人员工资相同的前提下,若缺陷皆在木工部被发现,返修人员总工资将减少43.42%;2)依M企业实际分等效率计算,分等材总耗时(包括分等耗时与返修耗时)远小于统货集成材总耗时。
How to deliver high quality,low cost and short cycle products is the"lifelong pursuit"of many furniture companies. Under the premise that personnel,materials and equipment remain unchanged,the reasonable use of raw materials to control the frequency of repairs can also reduce the production time.Starting with the status quo of repair in enterprise production,the clear and executable grading standards were developed based on the existed quality inspection standards. Under the same amount of grade materials and the same goods at the same time in the actual production in the workshop,the repair situation was recorded and the conclusions were concluded:1)The time spent on repairs of the four defects of M company such as crack,resin road,insect eye and finger joint broken teeth found in the paint department was 2.5-2.57 times than that found in the carpentry department. Under the premise that the salary of the staff was the same,if the defects were found in the woodworking department,the total salary of the repair personnel could be reduced by 43.42%;2)According to the actual grading efficiency of M enterprises,the total time consumption of grading materials(including grading and repair time) was much smaller than the total time consumption of laminated wood in the form of unified goods.
