摘要
[目的]观察安神定志汤联合西药治疗冠心病合并焦虑状态的疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按照就诊顺序号随机分两组,对照组40例给予西医基础治疗,治疗组40例在对照组的基础上给予安神定志汤加减治疗,连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、焦虑积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效9例,有效20例,无效11例,总有效率为72. 50%;对照组显效1例,有效16例,无效23例,总有效率为42. 50%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P <0. 01);焦虑积分治疗组改善优于对照组(P <0. 01)。[结论]安神定志汤联合西药不仅能改善冠心病患者的中医症状,而且能显著改善患者的焦虑状态,值得临床借鉴。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Anshen Dingzhi decoction on coronary heart disease with anxiety.[Method]80 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visiting.40 patients in the control group were treated with basic Western medicine,and 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with Anshen Dingzhi Decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment lasted for4 weeks as a course of treatment. Clinical symptoms,anxiety scores and adverse reactions were observed.One course of treatment,determine the efficacy.[Result] In the treatment group,9 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,11 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 72. 50%. In the control group,1 case was markedly effective,16 cases were effective and 23 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 42. 50%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 01);the improvement of the anxiety score treatment group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 01).[Conclusion]Anshen Dingzhi decoction can not only improve the TCM symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease,but also significantly improve the anxiety state of patients,which is worthy of clinical reference.
