摘要
目的探讨危重新生儿头皮动脉留置针的采集标本应用于血气分析的可行性研究。方法选择2015年7月至2018年7月本院收治的81例危重新生儿作为研究对象,将40例直接从肱动脉或桡动脉留置针采集的血气标本设为对照组,将41例从头皮动脉留置针采集的血气标本设为研究组。对比两组患儿血气分析结果、损伤程度及采血成功率。结果两组患儿的血气分析值PaCO2、PaO2、pH值及SaO2对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患儿的血肿瘀斑发生率低于对照组,采血成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论危重新生儿头皮动脉留置针采集血气标本所得出的血气分析结果准确性强,有效降低损伤发生率,提高采血成功率。
Objective To investigate the feasibility blood gas sample collected from scalp artery indwelling needle for blood gas analysis in critical neonates. Methods A total of 81 critically ill newborns were enrolled in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018. Forty blood gas samples collected directly from the radial or radial artery indwelling needles were used as the control group, and 41 blood gas samples collected from the scalp artery indwelling needles were used as the study group. The blood gas analysis results, the degree of injury and the success rate of blood collection were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in blood gas analysis data PaCO2, PaO2, pH and SaO2 between the two groups(P>0.05). The incidence of hematoma and ecchymosis in the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the success rate of blood collection was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The results of blood gas analysis obtained from blood gas samples collected from critically ill scalp artery indwelling needles are accurate, effectively reduce the incidence of injury and improve the success rate of blood collection.
