摘要
目的为医院药品阳光采购工作提供参考。方法通过对比供应管理配送(SPD)系统与阳光采购平台对接前后药品配送率和基本药物采购比例的准确性及工作模式的变化,分析及探索SPD系统在药品阳光采购工作中的作用。结果 SPD系统对接阳光采购平台后,优化了药品阳光采购工作模式,工作效率提高近10倍;提高了药品采购配送率和基本药物采购比例的准确性,误差分别由-37%~35%和-12%~10%降为0;提升了阳光采购平台对于药品采购"两票制"工作的管理水平。结论随着SPD系统进一步被优化,它将在药品阳光采购工作中发挥巨大的作用。
Objective To provide reference for the hospital platform of sunshine pharmacy procurement.Methods We compared the accuracy in drug delivery rate and the proportion of basic medicine procurement, and changes in the work-pattern before and after supply processing distribution(SPD) system was connected with the sunshine procurement platform. The value of SPD system in the sunshine pharmacy procurement was analyzed and ex-plored accordingly. Results Connecting SPD system to the sunshine procurement platform resulted in optimized work-pattern of sunshine pharmacy procurement with a 10-fold increase in work efficiency. The accuracy in drug delivery rate and the proportion of basic medicine procurement was increased, presenting zero errors as reduced from the previous-37% to 35% and-12% to 10%, respectively;the management standard with "two-vote policy" for pharmacy procurement in the platform was also enhanced. Conclusion SPD system is expected to play a pivotal role in the sunshine pharmacy procurement platform along with further optimization.
