低渗油田降低机采井耗电量的做法及认识

摘要 外围低渗油田单井产量低,耗电量高,对低产油井实行间抽是降低吨液耗电量的主要技术手段之一。针对M油田严重供液不足井常规间抽制度耗电量高的问题,通过IPR与OPR曲线和动态液面监测相结合制定合理间抽周期,对偏远井采用四种模式共207口油井进行不停井间抽规模试验。现场试验结果表明,平均单井产液稳定,单井日节电55kWh,节电效果明显,且降低员工频繁启停井工作强度。 Low production and high power consumption of single well in peripheral low permeability oilfields, Inter- pumping is one of the main technical means of low- tonnage liquid power consumption for low- yield oil wells,Aiming at the serious shortage of fluid supply and high power consumption of conventional intermittent system in M oilfield,Reasonable interval pumping period is determined by combining IPR and OPR curve and dynamic liquid level monitoring. The scale test of non-stop inter-well pumping for 207 oil wells with four models in remote wells. Field test results show that, average single well fluid production stability . The effect of saving electricity is obvious,it also reduces the labor intensity of workers who frequently start and shut down wells.
