摘要
目的了解医院护士行为目标达成度与工作控制感的现状并分析其相关性。方法2018年7-8月,采取便利抽样法选湖南省7所医院的410名临床护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、护士行为目标达成度量表和工作控制感量表对其进行调查。结果410名护士的行为目标达成度得分为(163.94±20.90)分,工作控制感得分为(50.40±11.69)分,行为目标达成度与工作控制感呈正相关(r=0.217,P<0.01)。结论护理管理者可通过提高护士行为目标达成度,来提高其工作控制感,从而提高护理工作质量。
Objective To understand the status of the achievement of behavioral goals and the sense of work control among nurses in the hospitals,and to analyze their correlation.Methods By convenience sampling method,410clinical nurses from 7hospitals in Changsha,Hunan provinces were selected for investigation by using general data questionnaire,the nurses’achievement of behavioral goals scale and the job control scale.Results The score of achievement of behavioral goals among nurses was 163.94±20.90, which was at a low level;the score of job control among nurses was 50.40±11.69,which was at a moderate level.The achievement degree of behavioral goal was positively correlated with the sense of work control( r=0.217,P<0.01).Conclusions Nursing mangers can improve the nurses’achievement of behavioral goals to increase their sense of job control,so as to improve the quality of nursing work.
