摘要
以上海海昌极地海洋公园漂流型游乐设施中的回水系统建设项目为例,针对漂流回水系统管段直径大、管壁厚、吊装负荷高、焊接作业多、质量要求高等施工难点,介绍了埋地大直径回水管道的吊装设备选用、吊车站位布置、管段就位措施、管段的对口与焊接等工艺,以期为类似工程提供参考。
Taking the construction project of backwater system in drifting type amusement facilities of Shanghai Haichang Polar Ocean Park as an example,aiming at the construction difficulties of large diameter pipe section,thick pipe wall,high hoisting load,many welding operations and high quality requirements in drifting type backwater system,the construction technology,such as the selection of hoisting equipment for buried large diameter backwater pipelines,the crane position layout,the measures for positioning pipe segment,the fitting and welding of pipe segment,etc.,are introduced,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
