摘要
珠海十字门国际展览中心宴会厅近万平方米的桁架钢结构屋面采用了构件楼面拼装、整体提升的施工方法。结合工程实际,从钢结构构件分段、拼装顺序、拼装步骤、拼装整体起拱、质量要求等多方面对超大面积大跨度钢桁架屋面整体拼装工艺进行研究,保证了钢结构整体提升的拼装质量和精度,为类似工程积累了经验。
The steel truss roof of the banquet hall of Zhuhai Shizimen International Exhibition Center is nearly 10 000 m2,and the construction method of assembling components on the floor and integral lifting is adopted.Combined with the engineering practice,the integral assembly technology for super large area and long-span steel truss floor is studied from the aspects of steel structure component segmentation,assembly sequence,assembly steps,integral arching and quality requirements,which ensures the assembly quality and accuracy of integral lifting of steel structure,and accumulates experience for similar projects.
