中短半径侧钻井新型套管螺纹设计及应用 被引量:6

摘要 针对常规套管螺纹在中短半径开窗侧钻旋转下套管作业过程中出现的因抗扭性能差无法下入到位的问题,设计了一种变齿宽、变槽宽、不变螺距的新型高抗扭套管螺纹。该新型套管螺纹每增加1螺距,外螺纹齿宽增加0. 1 mm、槽宽减少0. 1 mm,相应地内螺纹变齿宽减少0. 1mm、槽宽增加0. 1 mm。数值模拟结果表明:新型套管螺纹在上扣、压缩及拉伸等载荷作用下,不同位置螺纹等效载荷趋于一致,中间位置螺纹应力载荷得到提高,达到"理想螺纹"受力效果,各项指标均达到ISO 13679 (2002)要求。抗扭性能分析结果表明:该套管螺纹可与套管本体实现等强连接,且极限抗扭性能比同规格特殊螺纹提高6. 64%。现场应用结果表明:新设计的套管螺纹接头可通过旋转入井法到达预定位置,满足井身结构设计要求。自主设计的新型高抗扭套管螺纹满足现场应用要求,具有良好的应用效果和较高的推广价值。 To address rotating casing running problem in medium and short radius sidetrack wellbore caused by the inherent inferior torsional performance of conventional casing thread,a new type of thread with variable tooth and groove width and fixed pitch is designed. For each additional pitch,the external thread has an increased tooth width by 0. 1 mm,a reduced groove width by 0. 1 mm,and the internal thread has a reduced tooth width by 0. 1 mm and an increased groove width by 0. 1 mm. Numerical simulation analysis shows that under the load of makeup,compression and tension,the equivalent load of thread in different positions tends to be the same. The stress in the middle position of thread is improved to a condition of"ideal thread". All indicators meet the requirements of ISO13679(2002). The torsional performance analyses results show that the casing thread can be connected to the casing body with equal strength. The ultimate torsional performance is 6. 64% higher than the special thread of the same specification. The application results show that the designed casing thread could allow rotating running to the designed depth,which met the well structure design requirements. The designed high-torque casing thread met the requirements of field application and showed good application performance and promotion value.
