摘要
本文以十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(OTAC)为改性剂,采用常规水相合成法制备有机蒙脱石,运用X射线衍射、红外光谱分析、比表面积测试等手段研究了插层剂用量、温度、反应时间对改性蒙脱石微观结构的影响,并通过紫外可见吸收光谱比较了插层剂用量、温度、反应时间等条件对改性蒙脱石吸附硝基苯的性能差异.实验结果表明:OTAC能够有效增加钠蒙脱石的晶面间距,在反应温度为80℃,反应时间8h,OTAC加入量为4mmol的条件下能够有效实现钠蒙脱石的插层改性;该反应过程受反应时间与反应温度的影响较小.OTAC改性后的有机蒙脱石对硝基苯具有优良的吸附性能,其吸附性能与其晶面间距具有对应的关系;同时改性后蒙脱石的微孔趋于减少,中孔含量增多,孔半径增大,使MMT形成交错的多孔结构,有利于其对硝基苯的吸附.
Na-montmorillonite was modified by OTAC through the intercalation.The effects of amount, temperature, time on microstructure were characterized using adsorption isotherms, X-ray diffraction, and Fourier transforms infrared spectrometer.At the same time, the performance differences among amount of intercalation agent, temperature, reaction time on the adsorption of nitrobenzene modified montmorillonite was compared byUV-visible absorption spectra.The results show that: OTAC can effectively increase the spacing of sodium montmorillonite.Reaction temperature of 80 ℃, reaction time 8 h, and OTAC dosage of 4 mmol conditions to effectively achieve intercalation of sodium montmorillonite modified.The reaction time and reaction temperature has little effect on the reaction process.The modified organic montmorillonite by OTAC has excellent adsorption performance on nitrobenzene, and its adsorption properties relationship with the spacing.At the same time modified montmorillonite content increases in the hole, the hole radius increases, it is beneficial to the adsorption of nitrobenzene.
