口服助壮素中毒后呼吸心跳骤停心肺复苏抢救成功1例的体会

摘要 患者,女,50岁,2019年2月17日家人争执后口服助壮素4支,感觉头晕、心慌、胸闷、恶心、呕吐、四肢乏力、呼吸困难等,家人急呼120入院,转运途中监测患者BP100/70mmHg,P90次/分,R30次/分,SAT85%,双侧瞳孔D大约3mm,对光反射迟钝,听诊双下肺满布湿性啰音,手指血糖BS6.7mmol/L。立即给予吸氧、吸痰,甘露醇125ml加压静滴,速尿20mg缓慢静推,导尿。入院后向患者家属告病危,给予清水洗胃。洗胃过程中患者血氧饱和度和血压急剧下降至零,立即静推盐酸肾上腺素1mg并实施心肺复苏,吸痰,给氧。
