摘要
货币冲击固然能够造就一种新的商业模式,但如果其中存在着严重的缺陷,那么这种商业模式出现危机和失败也将是必然的。“单车+互联网+电子货币支付”三位一体构成的共享单车商业模式,在许多情况下供给和需求之间难以合理匹配,以及经营过程中出现的不少问题,都是共享单车商业模式的“硬伤”,并由此导致该商业模式出现危机。政府在社会治理方面的创新、运营公司不断修正其商业模式、培养与弘扬共享经济道德和建立电子信息指引系统等,都是化解共享单车商业模式危机的途径。
Currency shocks can create a new business model, but if there are serious defects, then the crisis and failure of this business model will be inevitable. Shared bicycle business model composed of "bicycle + internet + electronic money payment" is hard to match the supply and demand in many cases, and many problems arise in the course of operation. All these are "hard wounds" of the shared bicycle business model, which leads to the crisis of the business model. The government's innovation in social governance, the operating company's constant revision of its business model, the cultivation and promotion of shared economic ethics and the establishment of electronic information guidance system are all ways to resolve the crisis of shared bicycle business model.
