摘要
随着社会的进步与发展,我国的各项改革事业取得了巨大的成绩,在这种形势下,我国的农业科研机构也重新进行了科研发展规划和学科调整,其后勤保障服务机构也随之纷纷改革,其结果是:从表面上看,农业科研机构的后勤保障服务制度由原来的“直属后勤保障”转变为“社会化后勤保障”,后勤保障服务在一定程度上由科研机构自主选择,逐步形成了社会化后勤保障体系,后勤保障服务虽然在专业化、制度化和科学化方面取得了一些成绩,但仍然存在一些现实问题。利用后勤保障服务相关知识,对我国农业科研机构后勤保障服务体系进行探索和研究,并结合多年的国家级农业科研机构后勤保障服务工作的体会,提出目前我国农业科研机构后勤保障服务工作中存在的问题及其解决办法,进一步加强我国农业科研机构后勤保障服务工作,以适应国内当前的农业科技创新和农业现代化建设及乡村振兴战略对农业科研机构后勤保障服务提出的更高要求。
With the progress and development of society, great achievements have been made in various reform undertakings in China. Under this situation, agricultural scientific research institutions in China have also re-carried out scientific research development planning and disciplinary adjustment, and their logistics support service institutions have also been reformed one after another. As a result, on the surface, the logistics support service system has changed from the original “direct logistics support”. To a certain extent, scientific research institutions have chosen logistic support services independently and gradually formed a socialized logistic support system. Logistic support services have made some achievements in specialization, institutionalization and scientificalization. In this paper,we explored and studied the logistic support service system of agricultural scientific research institutions in China by relevant knowledge, and combined the author’s experience in logistic support service of national agricultural scientific research institutions for many years, found out the problems existing in the logistic support service of agricultural scientific research institutions in China and their solutions, and put forward some suggestions on how to further strengthen the logistic support service of agricultural scientific research institutions in China in the future. The work of logistic support service is to meet the higher requirements for logistic support service of agricultural scientific research institutions in China’s current strategy of agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.
