铅胁迫下产铁载体细菌对芒草幼苗的促生特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的]探讨产铁细菌对芒草铅吸收特性的影响。[方法]从土壤中分离产铁载体细菌,并进行土壤pH影响芒草铅富集试验和产铁载体细菌影响芒草促生特性试验。[结果]pH值越接近7,植株生物量、株高生长势越强,叶片、根系对铅的吸收能力越弱;铅胁迫下添加产铁载体细菌均提高了芒草植株的叶、根重量及其总干重、根冠比、株高,使根系含铅量下降,叶片含铅量在400、600mg/kg胁迫下也显著下降。[结论]产铁载体细菌可提高铅胁迫下芒草抗逆性,降低富集量,应用价值高。 [Objective] To study the effects of siderophore-producing bacteria on lead absorption characteristics of Miscanthus sinesis .[Method] Siderophore-producing bacteria were separated from the soil, then the effects of soil pH on lead bioaccumulation characters and the effects of siderophore-producing bacteria on growth promoting properties of Miscanthus sinesis were studied.[Result] The growth potential of biomass and height became stronger and the lead absorptive capacity of leaf and root became weaker when pH was close to 7. The addition of siderophore-producing bacteria under lead stress increased the leaf, root weight and total dry weight of Miscanthus sinesis plants. The root-shoot ratio and plant height decreased the lead content in roots, and the lead content in leaves decreased significantly under the stress of 400 and 600 mg/kg.[Conclusion] Siderophore-producing bacteria could improve stress resistance of Miscanthus sinesis under lead stress, meanwhile, it could also reduce lead concentration of enrichment which had higher application value.
