摘要
随着社会经济的发展和科学技术的进步,国家对科研的资助力度逐年加大,但与此同时也产生了科研项目重复立项的问题。文章针对我国农业科研项目重复立项背后的深层次原因进行了剖析,并从科研立项、绩效评价、稳定支持等方面提出了防止和杜绝农业科研项目重复立项的建议,以期为后期的科研管理工作提供借鉴。
With the development of social economy and the progress of science and technology, state funding for scientific research has increased year by year, but at present the problem of duplication of scientific research projects in China is still serious. Reasons behind the repeated establishment of agricultural scientific research projects in China were deeply analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures were puts forward from the aspects of scientific research establishment, performance evaluation, steady support, etc. This will provide reference for the later scientific research management work.
