煤的真相对密度测定仪的设计

摘要 针对国标法测量煤的真相对密度过程繁琐、耗时长、无法快速多次重复测量的问题,设计依据气体膨胀置换法,研制了一种基于嵌入式微控制器的煤的真相对密度自动测定仪,实现了煤的真相对密度的快速自动测量。试验结果表明,测定仪单次测量时间小于3min,测量精度完全满足国标要求。同时利用WiFi模块,实现了仪器与计算机的无线通信,便于数据自动上传和集中管理。 In view of problem that the national standard method, determination of true relative density of coal, is complicated, time-consuming and can not be repeated quickly, according to the gas expansion displacement method, an automatic measuring instrument based on embedded microcontroller was designed to measure the true relative density of coal rapidly and automatically. The results show that the single measurement time of the true relative density of coal is less than 3 minutes, and the accuracy meets the national standard completely. At the same time, WiFi module was used to realize the wireless communication between instrument and computer to automatically upload data and centralized management.
