摘要
厦门海事CCTV视频监管系统是一个综合性、数字化的多级网络监控系统,可以增加水上交通安全监管力度,提高职工工作效率。文中主要针对海事CCTV视频监管系统运用原理进行阐述,以及对于厦门海事监管服务中出现的技术问题进行分析整合。
The maritime CCTV video surveillance system of Xiamen is a comprehensive, digital and multi-level network monitoring system, which can enhance the control over marine traffic safety and improve the efficiency of the staff. The paper focuses on the principles for the application of the maritime CCTV video surveillance system, analyzes and integrates the technical problems in the maritime administrative service in Xiamen.
