摘要
针对区域集中供热末端采暖用户室内冷热不均、温度不能稳定在舒适阈值范围内的问题,采用不同控制器控制散热器进口调节阀开度的方法,对室内温度调节进行研究。运用传热学理论建立室内温度数学模型,根据不同的控制算法,分别对室内温度传递函数进行仿真分析。仿真试验结果表明,改进的单神经元比例-积分-微分(PID)与传统的PID控制相比,超调量缩短了150%,达到稳定所需的时间缩短了3s。反向传播(BP)神经网络PID与改进单神经元PID相比,超调量减小4%,上升时间快了0.6s,达到稳态所需要的时间也快了3.5s。因此,BP神经网络PID控制对于集中供热系统末端采暖用户室温调节效果更佳。该室内温度控制系统的研究对区域供热系统设计及供热系统的工程应用具有重要的意义。
Aiming at the problem that the end-users of regional central heating get uneven heat and cold;and the temperature cannot be stabilized within the comfort threshold range,different controllers are used to control the opening of the radiator inlet regulating valve to study the indoor temperature regulation.The heat transfer theory is used to establish the indoor temperature mathematical model,and the indoor temperature transfer function is simulated and analyzed according to different control algorithms.The simulation results show that the overshoot of improved single neuron proportion integration differentiation(PID)is reduced by 150% compared with the traditional PID control,and the time required for stabilization is reduced by 3 s.Compared with the improved single neuron PID,back propagation(BP)neural network PID reduced the overshoot by 4%,the rise time by 0.6 s,and the time required to reach steady state was also 3.5 s.It is concluded that the BP neural network PID control is better for the room temperature adjustment of the central heating system.The research on the indoor temperature control system will have important significance in the design of the regional heating system and the engineering application of the heating system.
