摘要
介绍了一种铁氧体开关以及铁氧体移相器控制的新方案。方案基于传统的H桥驱动电路,采用了NMOS管构建了NMOSH桥,这种H桥较传统H桥驱动电路具有更快的开关速度、更大的功率容量和更小的能量损失。控制端采用FPGA进行控制信号的产生及输出,具有脉冲宽度调整功能,可根据不同的实际工程需求改变控制参数。驱动端电压可以在0~60V之间进行调整,可以控制负载电流方向,可实现大功率下最快频率600kHz的开关切换速度,通过电平兼容处理,兼容2~6V的控制信号输入。该驱动电路系统对磁调微波铁氧体器件具有很高的通用性。
A new control scheme of ferrite switch and ferrite phase shifter is introduced. The scheme is based on the traditional H-bridge drive circuit. NMOS H-bridge is constructed by using NMOS transistor. Compared with the traditional H-bridge drive circuit, this NMOS H-bridge has faster switching speed, higher power capacity and lower energy loss. The scheme uses FPGA to control the signal generation and output, and has pulse width adjustment function. According to different actual engineering requirements, it can change the control parameters. The new scheme can adjust the driving voltage between 0 and 60 V. The switching speed of the fastest frequency 600 kHz can be realized in high power state, and control signal input from 2 V to 6 V by processing. The direction of the load current can be controlled. The driving circuit system has high versatility for magnetically modulated microwave ferrite devices.
