电力公司要进行电力的集约化发展必须要开展物资的集约化管理,这才可以满足电网跨越式发展的需求。因此,必须要认识到电力物资集约化管理的重要性,把握其管理过程中的重点和难点,不断完善物资的集约化管理,推动电力物资的集约化发展。
