摘要 针对核用316LN不锈钢锻件试环,采用OM,SEM,EDS等设备研究了δ铁素体对其冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,试环固溶处理的保温时间较短,导致锻件芯部δ铁素体组织无法全部分解而残留于奥氏体基体中;冲击过程中,在剪应力的作用下裂纹优先在δ铁素体与奥氏体界面开裂,发生脆性断裂,进而显著降低其冲击韧性。 For the nuclear grade 316LN stainless steel forging test ring,equipment such as OM,SEM,EDS were used to investigate the effect of δ-ferrite on the impact toughness of 316LN stainless steel.The results show that the holding time of solid solution treated test ring was relatively short,which resulted in failure of complete decomposition of δ-ferrite microstructure at the center of the forging and remaining in the austenite substrate.During the impact test,the crack initiated and propagated on the interface between δ-ferrite and austenite under the action of shear stress,and brittle fracture occurred,thereby significantly reduced the impact toughness of the forging.
