摘要
目的剖析留置PICC导管乳腺癌患者实施护理程序式宣教策略对其知信行水平的影响,并通过积累循证数据以为优质诊疗提供前提.方法将电脑作为遴选对象的媒介,将该院在2012年9月~2017年8月收诊的94例行PICC置管的乳腺癌患者,通过随机数字表分组为研究组和对照组,各47例.对两组患者在置管前及第3个化疗周期后的认知、信念、行为进行评估,记录维护情况、不良事件发生情况、护理满意度.结果研究组患者干预后的认知、态度及行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),不良事件、延迟维护及延迟维护次数所占比例均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论护理程序式宣教策略应用于留置PICC导管的乳腺癌患者,能提高其认知、信念水平,帮助其自觉形成正确的行为方式.
Objective To analyze the influence of nursing program propaganda strategy on the knowledge, attitude and practice of breast cancer patients with indweled PICC catheter, and to provide a premise for quality diagnosis and treatment by accumulating evidence-based data. Methods Using computers as the medium of selection, 94 breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization admitted by the hospital from September 2012 to August 2017 were divided into study group and control group by random number table, with 47 cases each.The cognition, beliefs and behaviors of patients in the two groups before catheterization and after the third chemotherapy cycle were evaluated, and the maintenance status, occurrence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were recorded. Results The cognitive, attitude and behavior scores of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The proportion of adverse events, delayed maintenance and delayed maintenance times of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Application of nursing program propaganda strategy in breast cancer patients with indwent PICC catheter can improve their cognition and belief level and help them consciously form correct behavior mode.
