降钙素原与超敏C反应蛋白在新生儿吸入性肺炎中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs–CRP)在新生儿吸入性肺炎早期诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年2月广东医科大学顺德妇女儿童医院新生儿科收治的250例诊断为吸入性肺炎的新生儿纳入观察组,同期150例正常新生儿纳入对照组,分别检测PCT、hs–CRP水平,比较阳性率差异。结果:观察组PCT和hs–CRP水平均显著高于对照组;观察组的PCT阳性率显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的hs–CRP阳性率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:在新生儿吸入性肺炎患儿中检测PCT水平临床意义优于检测hs–CRP。
