摘要
通过对涂布烘箱的改造可提高纸张涂布的干燥效率和效能。涂布干燥的效率和效能提高主要从两个方面着手:一个是将散热器安装在烘箱内部并使热风内部循环;另一个是整个烘箱采用前升降式结构以便解决烘箱引纸存在的问题。通过这两个方法可较为有效地提高纸张涂布干燥效率及效能。
The drying efficiency and efficiency of paper coating can be improved by modification of drying oven.The modification includes installing the radiator inside the oven and to make the hot air circulation inside;and adopting the lift structure in the upper part of the oven in order to solve the problem of leading paper existing in the oven.These two measures can effectively improve the paper coating efficiency.
