向日葵品种抗列当寄生差异性研究 被引量:6

Difference in resistant of sunflower varieties against Orobanche cumana

摘要 向日葵列当是危害性极大的寄生性杂草,本文从列当高度、株距、寄生深度等方面对13个向日葵品种进行了抗性水平鉴定,并分析了品种间寄生指标的差异。结果表明:列当株高一般在31~60cm,最高66.5cm,最低5cm;寄生数量最多在1~10cm的范围内,最大株距为68cm,最小为2cm;在5~10cm表土深处向日葵侧根上寄生数量最多,受害也最严重;9个食用向日葵品种中,2个品种免疫,1个高抗,其余为高感;4个油用向日葵品种中1个高抗,其余为易感;不同向日葵品种在寄生率、寄生程度和寄生强度等方面呈显著差异。 Orobanche cumana Wallr.is a kind of parasitic weeds which caused severe damages on sunflower. The resistance level of 13 sunflower varieties was identified in terms of height,spacing and parasitic depth of broomrape,and the differences of parasitic indexes among varieties were also analyzed.The results showed that generally height of Orobanche cumana is 31-60 cm,the highest 66.5 cm,minimum 5 cm;the largest number of parasites was found within 1-10 cm of sunflower,the maximum plant spacing is 68 cm,minimum is 2 cm;sunflower lateral root within 5-10 cm soil deep had the most amount of parasites grew on and were damaged heavily;within 9 sunflower varieties for fried seeds,there are 3 immunization materials,1 high resistant materials and 5 mostly highly susceptible materials;4 sunflower varieties for oil had only 1 high resistant material,and the rest were mostly susceptible materials;different sunflower varieties had significant differences in parasitic rate,parasitic degree and parasitic strength.
