摘要
军事虚拟仓库作为未来基于任务器材保障的主要模式,必须对其加盟成员进行严格、科学的选择。对拟加入的地方配送中心(DC)核心能力进行判别,结合任务成功性、保障安全性、成员互斥性及运输准确性,以最小化总成本为目标,建立虚拟仓库对地方配送中心的筛选模型,采用SOFM及量子遗传算法进行求解,最后,通过算例分析验证了该模型的可靠性。
It is significant for military virtual warehouse,a major pattern of task material supporting in the future,to select its members strictly and scientifically.Distinguishing the core competence of civilian distribution centers(DC),who plan to enter military virtual warehouse.This paper puts minimum total cost as the object,combined with task success,support security,mutual exclusion and timely,model of DC member selection for military virtual warehouse is constructed.SOFM and quantum GA are used for solving this problem.The reliability verification is provided by an example at last.
