摘要
目的:探究对艾滋病(acquired immuno deficiency syndrome,AIDS)住院患者采用临床路径管理后对其服药依从性的影响。方法:随机选取2017年11月-2018年5月于本院接受治疗的68例AIDS患者为研究对象,给予常规护理和临床路径管理。比较管理前后的服药依从性、疾病知识掌握情况以及疾病管理能力。结果:实施临床路径管理后,用药依从优良率、疾病知识掌握率以及疾病管理能力评分均明显高于管理前(P<0.05)。结论:采用临床路径管理AIDS住院患者,可有效使患者的服药依从性、疾病知识掌握率、疾病管理能力均得到明显提高,推荐在临床中广泛使用。
Objective:To investigate the impact of medication compliance on patients with acquired immuno deficiency syndrome(AIDS) after adopting clinical pathway management.Method:68 patients with AIDS treatment in our hospital from November 2017 to May 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects,the patients were given routine care and clinical pathway management.The medication compliance and disease knowledge mastery and disease management capabilities before and after management were compared.Result:After clinical pathway management,the medication compliance rate,disease knowledge mastery rate and disease management ability score were significantly higher than those before management(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using clinical pathway management to care AIDS inpatients can effectively improve the patient’s medication compliance,disease knowledge mastery rate,and disease management ability.It is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
