摘要
目的 探讨情感支持照护护理对慢性肝炎患者相关生化指标、自我护理能力及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2017年1月~2018年8月我院收治的164例慢性肝炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各82例。对照组给予常规护理。研究组给予情感支持照护护理。于护理前后检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血清白蛋白(ALB)以及总胆红素(TBIL)水平,并采用中文版自我护理测量表(ESCA)与中文版健康调查表(SF-36)对护理前后自我护理能力及生活质量进行评价。结果 两组护理前肝功能指标、自我护理能力及生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组护理后ALT与TBIL水平均明显下降,且低于对照组,ALB水平、自我护理能力评分及生活质量评分均较护理前明显升高,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 应用情感支持照护护理模式对慢性肝炎患者进行护理干预,可有效促进肝功能恢复,改善患者病情,提高患者自我护理能力及生活质量,护理效果显著。
Objective To explore the effects of emotional support care nursing on biochemical indexes, self-care and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis. Methods 164 cases of chronic hepatitis were extracted from January 2017 to August 2018 in our hospital, randomly divided into control group and Study Group, both patients in two groups were given clinical routine symptomatic treatment according to the diagnosis results, while in the control group patients were given routine nursing for 3 months, and the study group were given emotional support care nursing for 3 months, The patients ' fasting vein blood was collected before and after nursing, and the serum glutamate aminotransferase (ALT), serum albumin (ALB) and total bilirubin (TBIL) levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA), and the Chinese version of the self-care measurement form (ESCA) and the Chinese version of the Health Questionnaire (SF-36) To evaluate the self-care ability and quality of life of patients before and after nursing. Results There was no significant difference in liver function index, self-care ability and quality of life in the first two groups (P>0.05), the expression of ALT and TBIL in liver function of patients after nursing group decreased obviously and lower than that of control group, and the expression of ALB and self-care ability and quality of life score were significantly higher than that of control group. It wsa significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of emotional support care nursing model to the nursing of patients with chronic hepatitis can effectively promote the recovery of liver function, improve the patient's condition, improve the patient's self-care ability, improve their quality of life, and have remarkable nursing effect.
