摘要
目的研究医院儿科呼吸道实施管理和预防控制措施的效果。方法将2016年7月-2018年7月该院信息系统当中的呼吸道传染疾病数据作为研究对象进行分析,根据医院的实际情况制定、完善管理措施并且在实际中落实,分析干预的效果。结果经过管理和预防控制以后,医务人员对于疾病的知识评分和预检分诊的实施率均得到了明显的提升,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强儿科呼吸道传染疾病的预检分诊,对全院医务人员进行有效培训,在实际中落实管理和防控措施,能够有效管理和控制呼吸道传染病。
Objective To study the effect of hospital pediatric respiratory management and prevention and control measures.Methods The respiratory infectious disease data in the information system of our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 was analyzed as the research object. According to the actual situation of the hospital, the management measures were formulated and improved, and the effect of the intervention was analyzed. Results After management and prevention and control, the knowledge scores of medical staff and the implementation rate of pre-examination and triage were significantly improved,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthen the pre-examination and triage of pediatric respiratory infectious diseases, effectively train the medical staff in the hospital, implement management and prevention measures in practice, and effectively manage and control respiratory infectious diseases.
