摘要
目的旨在探究口腔科门诊医院感染预防控制中的管理价值。方法将2018年1-12月这一时段内,在该口腔科门诊医院的患者200例纳入研究,根据临床前瞻性研究原则,采用掷币随机法,将之分为两组,各100例,在预防感染控制中,对照组采取常规管理模式,观察组采取针对性管理模式,对比两组临床指标。结果观察组感染发生率低于对照组,卫生合格率及护理满意度高于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔科门诊医院,加强感染预防控制,可有效提升医疗水平及服务质量,促进医患关系和谐发展,值得在临床实践中推广应用。
Objective To explore the management value of hospital infection prevention and control in outpatient clinics.Methods From January to December 2018, 200 patients in our dental clinic were included in the study. According to the principle of clinical prospective research, they were divided into two groups by using the coins stowing method, with 100 cases each, in the prevention of infection control, the control group adopted the conventional management mode, and the observation group adopted the targeted management mode to compare the two groups of clinical indicators. Results The incidence of infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The hygiene pass rate and nursing satisfaction were higher than the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the outpatient department of stomatology, strengthening infection prevention and control can effectively improve the medical level and service quality, and promote the harmonious development of doctorpatient relationship. It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
