摘要
目的探讨在临床护理管理中应用分层次管理法的价值及作用。方法选择该院内86名护理人员作为研究对象,对于以观察组与对照组表示这些护理人员,对照组中护理人员实施常规护理管理,观察组中护理人员实施分层次护理管理,观察两组护理人员的管理情况。结果通过一段时间管理,对两组护理人员的护理质量评分、操作技能评分以及理论知识评分等方面进行观察比较,结果观察组中护理人员各个方面平面明显高于对照组;观察患者对两组护理人员的工作满意度,对照组中的满意度为83.20%,观察组中的满意度为93.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理管理中应用分层次管理法具有比较理想的效果,可使护理质量及护理满意度提升。
Objective To explore the value and role of applying hierarchical management in clinical nursing management.Methods 86 nursing staff in our hospital were selected as the research object. For the nursing staff in the observation group and the control group, the nursing staff in the control group were given routine nursing management, and the nursing staff in the observation group implemented the hierarchical nursing management to observe the two groups of nursing management of personnel. Results Through a period of management, the nursing quality scores, operational skill scores and theoretical knowledge scores of the two groups of nursing staff were observed and compared. The results showed that all aspects of the nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group;The job satisfaction of the nursing staff was 83.20% in the control group and 93.02% in the observation group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of nursing staff(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the hierarchical management method in clinical nursing management has an ideal effect, which can improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction of nursing.
