摘要 2018年既是DNA双螺旋结构发现65周年,又是国际人类基因组计划(HGP)完成15周年。自HGP结束至今的15年里,这一伟大的计划将人们对于生命的理解和健康的关注推向一个全新的高度。这也正是我国生命科学研究和应用领域快速发展的重要时期,诸多值得分享的学科理念、有待探讨的生命奥秘,以及更多的科学发现和对人类未来的影响将在本文逐一综述。 The year of 2018 marks the 65 th anniversary of discovery of the DNA double helix and the 15 th anniversary of the successful completion of the international Human Genome Project(HGP),the"two revolutions"in life sciences. The HGP has laid foundation for our further understanding of life and of health. In the last two decades, China has made rapid development in basic research and application of life sciences. This review is to share the beliefs to further explore secrets of life and directions of life sciences, as well as its impacts on the future of man.
