摘要
目的:探究七味白术散治疗脾虚型妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将本院2017年9月-2018年8月间收治的78例脾虚型妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分为实验组与对照组,两组均先给予常规治疗,包括饮食控制、检测血糖等,对照组38例同时采用胰岛素治疗,实验组40例同时给予七味白术散治疗,观察两组治疗前后空腹血糖(Glucose,GLU)、餐后二小时血糖(2h GLU)、糖化血红蛋白(Hemoglobin Alc,HbAlc)水平与血脂四项、产妇妊娠结局、新生儿结局。结果:治疗前,两组GLU、2 h GLU、HbAlc水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组GLU、2 h GLU、HbAlc水平均降低,实验组降低比对照组更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血脂水平比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组血脂水平均降低,除低密度脂蛋白外,实验组剩余指标水平降低比对照组更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组剖宫产率、早产率均低于对照组,新生儿窘迫、巨大儿与新生儿低血糖发生率也低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七味白术散治疗脾虚型妊娠期糖尿病,有效控制了血糖水平,产妇及新生儿获得了良好结局,保证了母婴安全,值得采用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qiwei Baizhu San (七味白术散) on diabetes in patients with pregnancy of the Pixu type (脾虚型). Methods: 78 cases were divided into the experimental group and control group. Both groups were given routine treatmtnt, including control diet and blood glucose. In the control group, 38 patients were treated with insulin at the same time. In the experimental group, 40 patients were treated with Qiwei Baizhu San. Results: After treatment, the levels of GLU, 2 hPG and HbAlc were lower in the two groups, and the decrease in the experimental group was more obvious(P<0.05). The blood lipid levels in two groups were decreased, except for low-density lipoprotein. The residual index level in the experimental group was more decreased(P<0.05). The cesarean section rate and premature rate in the experimental group were lower. The incidence of neonatal distress, macrosomia and neonatal hypoglycemia was also lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qiwei Baizhu San is effective on diabetes in patients with pregnancy of the Pixu type, with safety, is worthy of adoption.
