摘要
目前对于绝缘电阻及其吸收比测量问题通常采用绝缘电阻表直接测量,测量结果会受到仪表性能的影响。为提高绝缘电阻测量精度,在用于高压高阻测量的惠斯通电桥基础上,本文设计一种电力设备绝缘电阻吸收比的测量方案。建立反馈控制系统,利用控制程序动态调节节点电压,实现电桥平衡的自动调节。推导出绝缘电阻吸收比与可调电压源电压的关系,利用Matlab/Simlink建立了测量电路模型,实验结果验证了方法的正确性和可行性。
At present,insulation resistance and it’s absorptance measurement of transformer was usually directly measured by insulation resistance meter,and the measurement results will be affected by the instrument performance.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of insulation resistance,on the basis of Wheatstone bridge used for high voltage and high resistance measurement,a measurement scheme of insulation resistance of transformer was designed,a feedback control system was established to dynamically adjust the node voltage by using the control program to realize automatic bridge balance adjustment.The relationship between insulation resistance absorption ratio and adjustable voltage source voltage was derived.The measurement circuit model was set up based on Matlab/Simlink,Simulation and theoretical analysis verify the correctness and feasibility.
