摘要
目的探讨计算机辅助手术系统(CAS)以及3D打印在下颌骨缺损修复中的临床价值,以期指导临床下一步研究。方法随机将便利选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的30例下颌骨缺损修复的患者分为两组,每组15例。对照组行传统手术治疗,观察组行CAS联合3D打印治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果①观察组手术时间、出血量分别为(17.5±2.4)min、(403.4±30.7)mL;对照组分别为(50.6±3.8)min、(582.6±51.5)mL,比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.229、5.824,P<0.05);②观察组外貌满意度、咀嚼满意度、发音满意度分别为100.00%(15/15)、93.33%(14/15)、93.33%(14/15);对照组分别为80.00%(12/15)、73.33%(11/15)、73.33%(11/15),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.149、11.520、12.542,P<0.05)。结论计算机辅助手术系统联合3D打印在下颌骨缺损修复中效果理想,且创伤性小,患者恢复速度快,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of computer-assisted surgery system(CAS)and 3D printing in the repair of mandibular defects,in order to guide the next step in clinical research.Methods Thirty patients with mandibular defects repaired from January 2017 to January 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups,15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery,and the observation group was treated with CAS combined with 3D printing.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results 1.The operation time and blood loss of the observation group were(17.5±2.4)min and(403.4±30.7)mL,respectively.The control group was(50.6±3.8)min and(582.6±51.5)mL,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(t=6.229,5.824,P<0.05);2.Appearance satisfaction,chewing satisfaction,and pronunciation satisfaction of the observation group were 100.00%(15/15),93.33%(14/15),and 93.33%(14/15).The control group was 80.00%(12/15),73.33%(11/15),and 73.33%(11/15),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(χ^2=12.149,11.520,12.542,P<0.05).Conclusion Computer-assisted surgery system combined with 3D printing is effective in the repair of mandibular defects,and it is less invasive and quicker in recovery.It is worthy of popularization and application.
