摘要
针对采煤机导向滑靴铸造件在加工工艺中存在的问题,通过以木材及钢材作为原料,模拟行走箱中的齿轨轮、齿轨轮轴、压盖等与导向滑靴相关的装配零件,并按照图纸予以组装,进行试运动,从而判断导向滑靴尺寸是否符合技术要求。实际应用表明,检验工装取得良好的应用效果。
Aiming at the problems existing in the processing technology of shearer guiding slithery boots casting, the assembly parts related to guiding slithery boots, such as gear-rail wheel, gear-rail wheel axle and pressure cover, have been simulated by using wood and steel as raw materials, and assembled according to the drawing technology and tested to determine whether the size of guide slipper meets the technical requirements. Practical application shows that good results have been achieved after application of inspection craft eqipment.
