带角刺混凝土球体护岸抛投材料设计研究

摘要 目前广泛采用的防冲护岸抛投材料多存在消能效果差、走失率高等问题,基于此,设计了一项新型消能护堤的构筑物形式———表面带有圆台状角刺的空心混凝土球体。该抛投材料采用混凝土整体浇筑而成,主体为空心球体,球壳上分布多个透水孔洞,粗糙表面岔出圆台状角刺。从消能减冲和稳定持久两方面对该新型抛体的作用机理进行理论分析,并模拟天然河道岸坡条件,设置该新型抛体与混凝土块排对比的模型试验。结果表明:该抛投材料较混凝土块排消能效果显著增强,且具有更高的稳定性,经推广后可用于护坝截流、抗洪抢险等多个领域。 The throwing materials existing now have many problems such as poor energy dissipationcapability and high loss rate.Based on this,we design a new type of throwing material for bank protection,which is a hollow concrete sphere with circular platform angular pricks on its surface.The throwing material is made of concrete as a whole and the main body is a hollow sphere with many permeable holes on the spherical shell and the rough surface is bifurcated with a round tabular angular spine.Authors analyzed the mechanism of the new type of throwing material theoretically from two aspects of energy dissipation and stability and set up a model test to compare the new type of throwing material with concrete blocks under the condition that the natural river bank slope conditions were simulated.The results show that the throwing material has better energy dissipation effect and higher stability than that of concrete blocks.After being popularized,it can be used in many fields such as dam protection,flood fighting and emergency rescue,and has wide application prospects.
