摘要
将樟子松单板作为松木单板的代表样本,采用弱碱性药剂进行脱脂试验。在试验不同浓度配比药剂配方的基础上,对脱脂处理前后樟子松单板的树脂含量和白度值变化情况进行对比分析;并根据分析结果确定可行的松木单板弱碱性脱脂处理脱脂剂的配方,从而为进一步研究并优化松木单板脱脂处理工艺提供可行的基础脱脂剂配置方案。
The scotch pine veneer was used as a representative sample of pine veneer,and a degreasing test was carried out using a weak alkaline agent.On the basis of testing the formulas of different concentration ratios,the changes of resin content and whiteness value of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica sylvestris before and after degreasing treatment were compared and analyzed.According to the analysis results,feasible pine veneer weak alkaline degreasing treatment formula was determined,providing a feasible base degreaser configuration plan for further study and optimization of pine veneer degreasing treatment process.
