摘要
水库防洪调度有多种蓄泄策略,本文根据水库防洪调度方式拟定的基本方法,在支流已建的二道河子水库防洪调度运用方式维持原设计基础上,结合全区防洪要求,采用分级控泄、错峰运用方式,确定干流新建三座店水库防洪运用方式。并通过水库联合调洪演算,将下游赤峰市城区防洪标准由现状的5~20年一遇提高到50~100年一遇,满足下游防洪要求。该研究结果为水库规模确定及未来防洪调度运用提供了重要参考。
Reservoir flood control operation has many storage and discharge strategies. Based on the basic method of reservoir flood control operation, the flood control operation mode of Erdaohezi Reservoir, which has been built in tributary, is determined in this paper. The flood control standard of Chifeng in the lower reaches of the river has been raised from the current 5 to 20 years to 50 to 100 years through the combined flood control calculation of reservoirs to meet the requirements of flood control in the lower reaches. The research results provide an important reference for reservoir scale determination and future flood control operation.
