摘要
智慧城市的评价指标体系是衡量和建设智慧城市的重要依据与行动指南。本文在总结相关文献的基础上,结合其设计原则,构建了智慧城市指标评价体系,运用主成分分析法对江苏省13个地级市数据进行分析,计算出城市的综合排名,并进行了发展水平分析,对江苏省智慧城市发展提出了相应对策和建议。
The evaluation index system of Smart City is an important basis and action guide to measure and build Smart City. On the basis of summarizing relevant literature and combining with its design principles, this paper constructs an index evaluation system for Smart Cities, uses principal component analysis to analyze the data of 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province, calculates the comprehensive ranking of cities, and carries out an analysis of their development level, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Smart Cities in Jiangsu Province.
