摘要
目的探讨改良三点式重睑术联合提眉术在上睑皮肤松弛者眼部年轻化中的应用及治疗体会.方法从2017年2月至2018年6月收治的上睑皮肤松弛者中选取62例进行研究,根据患者上睑的实际情况以及其个人要求实施改良三点式重睑术联合提眉术以实现上睑年轻化,其中有12例单纯进行改良三点式重睑术联合提眉术,另因眶隔脂肪较多有31例术中同时去除部分多余眶隔脂肪,19例术中同时去除上睑外侧增厚的眼轮匝肌后脂肪(ROOF),观察随访手术效果.结果 62例经手术治疗后均获得较好的效果,仅有1例患者发生切口瘢痕增生,其余切口瘢痕不明显.术后1个月~1年随访发现,患者上睑皮肤松弛均矫正充分,上睑臃肿显著改善,重睑形态自然流畅.结论提眉术能够更好地提升眉部组织,明显改善上睑皮肤松弛、臃肿;改良三点式重睑术对组织损伤较少,故其切口瘢痕小,两种术式相结合应用于上睑皮肤松弛者眼部年轻化中具有优势互补的作用,可获得外观平整自然、恢复快、瘢痕不明显的效果,患者满意度高.
Objective To explore the effect of modified three-point double eyelid surgery combined with eyebrow lifting on upper eyelid skin relaxation.Methods From February 2017 to June 2018,62 cases of upper eyelid skin relaxation underwent modified threepoint double eyelid surgery combined with eyebrow lifting to achieve upper eyelid rejuvenation.Results 62 cases achieved good results after operation.The skin relaxation of upper eyelid was fully corrected in all patients.In 62 patients,scar hyperplasia occurred in 1 case,while scar of other incisions was not obvious and the appearance was natural.Conclusion Eyebrow lifting combined with modified three-point double eyelid surgery for upper eyelid skin relaxation can achieve smooth and natural appearance,quick recovery,and no obvious scar effect.
