摘要
针对中型公交场站上盖开发,探讨了交通与建筑协调的方案设计方法。剖析了此类型项目产生的时代背景及特征,其重难点在于生产生活多在平面及竖向上的协调,整体规模的平衡以及多专业的全过程协同,提出公交运营优先生产生活协调创造优质TOD环境的目标,高效进出、分离协调、绿色品质的设计原则。归纳建筑交通协同的设计流程,详细研究基地尺度、立体停车布局、交通组织、首层、上盖开发等设计要点,为建设此类符合场站提供基石。
According to the development of the upper cover of medium bus station, the scheme design method of traffic and building coordination is discussed. Analyzes the era background and characteristics of the type of project, the difficult point is to much on the plane and vertical coordination of production and life, the whole process of the overall balance of the scale and synergy, put forward that the prior production and living of bus operation coordination to create high quality TOD environment target, efficient access, separation of coordination, the quality of green design principles. The design process of building traffic coordination is summarized, and the design key points, such as base scale, three-dimensional parking layout, traffic organization, ground floor and upper cover development, are studied in detail, so as to provide the foundation stone for the construction of this kind of station.
