摘要 目的:探讨慕课在卫生检验与检疫本科医学生医学微生物学教学中的应用效果。方法:采用随机抽样的方式选取我校卫生检验与检疫专业的学生作为研究对象,其中2015级的学生作为对照组,2016级的学生作为试验组。对照组学生采用传统的教学模式,试验组学生采用传统教学为主,慕课教学为辅的教学模式。比较两组学生的期末总评成绩及教学效果满意度。结果:试验组学生的医学微生物学总评成绩及格率和优秀率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组学生对教师授课效果的综合评价满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:采用传统教学为主,慕课教学为辅的教学模式对卫生检验与检疫专业医学生开展医学微生物学教学,不仅最大限度地激发了学生的学习积极性,也有助于教学效果的提高,并顺应了新世纪培养医学卫生检验与检疫人才的需要。 Objective:To explore the application effect of MOOC in medical microbiology teaching for undergraduate medical students of health inspection and quarantine.Methods:The students majoring in health inspection and quarantine in our university were selected by random sampling.The students in Grade 2015 were selected as the control group and the students in Grade 2016 as the research group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group adopted the traditional teaching mode with the teaching of admiration as the supplement.The final evaluation results of the two groups were compared and the effect of MOOC teaching was evaluated.Results:The passing rate and excellent rate of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the students in the experimental group were more satisfied with the comprehensive evaluation of the teaching effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical microbiology teaching for medical students majoring in health inspection and quarantine can not only stimulate their enthusiasm for study,but also help to improve the teaching effect and meet the needs of training medical inspection and quarantine personnel in the new century.
