基于颜色特征的自适应阈值林木树干识别研究 被引量:1

摘要 树干颜色是进行林木树干识别的重要依据之一。为实现不同颜色林木树干的识别,基于树干的颜色特征,提出一种自适应阈值的树干识别方法。首先,依据不同颜色林木树干的颜色值分布特性来选定对树干图像分割的阈值区间;其次,在阈值区间内根据树干的图形特征自适应阈值对树干进行图像分割;最后,对分割结果采用RANSAC算法精确拟合树干边缘,实现树干的识别。实验选取水曲柳、兴安落叶松和紫椴等树干颜色存在较大差异的树种,每一树种随机选取100棵树干进行识别,树干识别率分别达97%,91%和93%。实验结果表明,对于颜色存在较大差异的林木树干,所提方法具有较高的树干识别率。 The color of the tree trunk is one of the important evidences for the identification of forest trunks.An adaptive threshold forest trunks identification method is proposed in this paper on the basis of color feature of forest trunks to realize the identification of forest trunks with different colors.The threshold interval for segmenting the forest tree trunk images is selected according to the color value distribution characteristic of the forest trunks with different colors,and then the tree trunk image is segmented within the threshold interval according to the adaptive threshold based on the graphical features of the forest tree trunks.Finally,the RANSAC algorithm is used to accurately fit the segmentation result with the edge of a tree trunk for identifi-cation of the tree trunk.In the experiment,the tree species of Manchurian Ash,Larix Gmelinii and Amur Linden trunks with different colors were selected,and 100 tree trunks of each tree species were randomly selected for the identification.The identifi-cation rates of the tree trunk reach up to 97%,91%and 93%respectively.The experimental results show the proposed method has a higher trunk recognition rate for different color forest tree trunks.
