摘要
目前,固定和移动网络向着宽带化的方向发展,运营商传统业务向IP化、多媒体业务发展演进。RCS构建在IMS网络之上,基于手机电话号码簿实现语音、消息、状态呈现等多媒体业务。本文结合运营商业务需求,提出运营商RCS网络建设和业务发展策略,为运营商宽带语音及多媒体业务发展指明方向。
At present,fixed and mobile networks are developing toward broadband,and traditional services of operators are evolving toward IP and multimedia services.RCS is built on IMS network,and implements multimedia services such as voice,message and status presentation based on mobile phone directory.In this paper,according to the service requirements of operators,the RCS network construction and service development strategy of operators are put forward,which points out the direction of broadband voice and multimedia service development for operators.
