摘要
传统无源电路匹配的电小天线因受到增益-带宽约束条件的限制而无法广泛使用.为突破该限制,采用基于运算放大器的接地型负阻抗变换器设计了非福斯特匹配电路,实现了电小接收天线的宽带匹配.并且,基于理想运算放大器的特性,分析了非福斯特电路的负阻抗转换性能,研究了非福斯特电路匹配电小接收天线的实现过程,最后通过实物加工与测试,验证了所设计的非福斯特电路对电小接收天线的性能改善.测试结果表明,在10~20 MHz频段内,非福斯特电路能够将电小天线的输入阻抗匹配到50Ω,S11在整个频段内小于-15 dB;加载非福斯特电路对电小天线接收增益的改善在整个频段内大于2.5 dB,其中在10~16.5 MHz内提高了8.5 dB,验证了所设计非福斯特匹配电路的可行性与有效性.
Electrically small antennas,matched with conventional passive circuits,are not widely used due to the gain-bandwidth constraints.To break through this limitation,a non-Foster matching circuit was designed to achieve wideband matching of the electrically small receive antenna in this work using the grounded negative impedance converter,which is based on operational amplifiers(op-amps).Furthermore,according to the characteristics of the ideal op-amps,we analyzed the negative impedance conversion performance and the antenna matching realization of the non-Foster circuit.Moreover,the improved performance of electrically small receive antenna due to the matched non-Foster circuit was verified by physical processing and testing.The test results show that from 10 MHz to 20 MHz the input impedance of the small antenna can be matched to 50Ωby the non-Foster circuit with S11<-15 dB,and the receive gain is improved to>2.5 dB,which is even 8.5 dB from 10 MHz to 16.5 MHz.These results verify the feasibility and validity of the designed non-Foster matching circuit.
