摘要
哈萨克斯坦PKOP奇姆肯特炼油厂现代化改造项目采用了自卸式捆绑火炬系统。介绍了采用起重设备翻转火炬筒体,自带提升系统提升火炬的安装工艺,详细地阐述了包括火炬预组装、提升系统设置、牵引点设置、翻转工装制作、工艺流程等内容的施工工艺,最后结合施工经验提出了几点建议。实践证明,采取此工艺提高了施工效率,缩短了施工工期,节省了施工成本,并有效控制了人员高空作业的风险。
Kazakhstan PKOP Shymkent refinery modernization project adopted the self-unloading bundled flare system. This paper introduces the installation process of the flare system, which is to overturn the flare cylinder with a crane and to lift the flare with the built-in lifting system. Then it describes the construction process which includes pre-assembling of flare, setting of lifting system, setting of towing point, manufacturing of overturning device, construction steps and so on. Finally, it puts forward several suggestions based on the construction experience. The practice proves this installation process can improve the construction efficiency, shorten the construction period, save the construction cost and effectively control the risks of workers at high altitude.
