摘要
本文研究了针对铝合金零件采用以硝酸铜(Cu(NO3)23H2O、高锰酸钾KMnO4为主体的无铬转化膜,以转化膜防护性能为目标,进一步研究其膜层成分、生成机理,并针对转化膜层的耐蚀性、附着性、耐磨性等进行测试实验,以检测该转化膜层的防护性能。
The chrome-free conversion film on aluminum alloy with( NH4)2 MoO4,NH4 Cl as the main body was studied. For the target of protective performance,the composition and formation mechanism of the membrane layer was further studied. The corrosion resistance,adhesion and wear resistance of the transformed membrane layer were tested,and the protective properties of the conversion membrane were detected.
