摘要
介绍碱酚醛树脂砂的退让性和“二次固化”性能,可以预防箱体及腔体类铸件粘砂现象。通过实验证明,使用碱酚醛树脂砂时应根据环境条件选用适合的固化剂类型,为了充分发挥碱酚醛树脂砂的性能,必须严格控制原砂和再生砂的质量,严格控制灰分含量、颗粒度、集中率、型砂纯度等指标,实际操作中还要避免温度过高。
Alkali phenolic resin sand has good yielding and “ second solidifying” properties that could prevent box-shaped and cavity castings from sand fusion. The experiments reveals that suitable curing agents should be selected for alkali phenolic resin sand according todifferent environmental conditions. To make full use of alkali phenolic resin sand, the quality of raw sand and reclaimed sand as well as ash content, granularity, concentration ratio and sand purity shall be controlled strictly. In addition, the temperature shall notrise extremely high during practical operation.
