摘要
由于我国原油自给自足的能力十分有限,近年来,国内原油使用大量依赖进口,然而国际原油的质量趋于含硫化,因此我国急需对原油脱硫技术进行改进和完善。阐述了原油中的含硫组分及其对石油开采、运输和加工的负面影响,并概述了目前常用的脱硫方法,分为物理方法,如原油稳定脱硫、气提脱硫;化学方法,如用金属羧酸盐脱硫剂脱硫;微生物脱硫方法和几种新的脱硫技术,如BCG技术和超声氧化技术,指出了国内原油脱硫技术的未来发展方向。
Due to the limited capacity of China’s crude oil self-sufficiency in recent years, China needs to import a great deal of crude oil. However, international crude oil always contains sulfide, China urgently needs to improve crude oil desulfurization technology. In this paper, sulfur-containing components in crude oil were introduced as well as their negative impact on oil exploitation, transportation and processing. Common desulfurization methods were summarized, including physical methods, chemical methods, microbial desulfurization methods and several new desulfurization technologies. The development direction of domestic crude oil desulfurization technology was pointed out.
